About Casey Lepper

My passion is to help and to heal. I want to help you find contentment, your voice, your community and true self. I want to support you in healing from the past. I want you to feel whole, complete and above all, happy.

I have been enthusiastically learning  about the human mind for as long as I can remember. Constantly curious, questions like, “why do some people act like that? Why do they treat others this way? Are they able to change?” came to my mind often. I was and am still drawn to understand the meaning and reason behind people's thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviors. Interested in the connection between what we think, what we believe and how that impacts our every day perceived reality.

As a child, I grew up in a chaotic environment which is surely connected to my drive to understand and to help. Having two parents who endured trauma and growing up in an atmosphere with alcoholism, instability and divorce – I felt a deep internal struggle early on. For me this manifested as low self esteem, body image issues, confusion and a tendency towards rigidity as an attempt to balance out the chaos.

Many struggles were faced and ultimately overcome to emerge stronger, more confident, courageous and compassionate.

I know what it's like to feel lost, confused and broken. To believe that I'm alone in the struggle. I also know what happens on the other side. My belief is that every challenge, every struggle is an opportunity to grow, to learn, to progress. There's no other way to know your potential without going through adversity. Strength, courage, resilience are the gifts of your challenges.

I want to help you heal, to turn old wounds into fuel to carry you towards your ultimate and highest potential.

Counseling is a wonderful, collaborative process unique to each client. You can learn about yourself, your relationships, triggers, desires, fears, patterns of thinking, feeling and acting.

I understand that sharing certain parts of yourself can be difficult. Vulnerability can be tough to tap into at first but know that my gift is being able to see people for who they can be and I am here to meet you soul to soul with non judgment and openness.  I work to support you where you need in order for you to create an extraordinary and integrated life- mind, body, brain and spirit.
